1) Important disclaimers
ClinScreen provides operational, protocol-guided decision support for Patient Recruiters/CRCs. ClinScreen does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
ClinScreen may help structure information relevant to protocol criteria, but it does not make final eligibility, enrollment, or clinical decisions. Sites retain responsibility for screening, consent, and enrollment processes.
ClinScreen is designed for human-in-the-loop use. Patient Recruiters/CRCs and site leadership should independently confirm all decisions and next steps.
2) Using ClinScreen.com
You may use ClinScreen.com to learn about ClinScreen and request demos or contact us. You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt the Services or submit spam or harmful content.
3) Beta / early access
Some features may be provided as beta or early access. These features may change, may not be available at all times, and may be discontinued. We appreciate feedback and may incorporate it into future versions.
4) Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information when you use ClinScreen.com or submit a form.
5) Intellectual property
ClinScreen and associated content (including text, design, and software) are owned by ClinScreen or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Services except as permitted by law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL CLINSCREEN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED $100.
