ClinScreen.com is a marketing website. We keep data collection minimal.
If you submit a demo or contact request, we collect the information you provide (for example: name, organization, email, role, and message). We use this information to respond to your request.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may collect basic logs needed to operate and secure the service (such as IP address, browser type, and request metadata). We use these logs for security and abuse prevention.

7) ClinScreen product privacy (high level)
ClinScreen supports Patient Recruiters/CRCs during pre-screen calls. Our product privacy approach prioritizes minimizing PHI exposure and keeping sites in control.

We support on-device transcription on a MacBook (macOS) so that raw audio and transcription can remain under site control when desired.
