Privacy posture

Privacy

This page summarizes how ClinScreen handles information for the website and for the macOS app. The core call workflow is local-first.

App behavior
  • • Call-content handling is local-only and on-device.
  • • Raw transcript and audio are session-only by default.
  • • Persisted artifact is summary-only by default.
  • • Saved-session artifacts are encrypted at rest locally.
  • • Export requires explicit user action with preview and redaction first.
  • • The app initiates no telemetry, analytics, crash reporting, update checks, or web/API traffic.
Website and support
  • • Contact emails are used to respond to support, deployment, and procurement requests.
  • • Managed-playbook fulfillment emails are used to coordinate Order ID, materials receipt, and delivery.
  • • StoreKit purchase processing is handled by Apple; ClinScreen does not run a purchase verification server.
  • • Support diagnostics remain non-PHI and currently contain a diagnostics file and build information.
  • • Support requests should remain non-PHI.
  • • The website is not a participant-data portal.
Support boundaries

If you email ClinScreen, do not send patient identifiers, raw transcripts, or raw audio. Share only the operational information needed to answer the request or fulfill a managed-playbook credit.

ClinScreen is decision support only for pre-screening workflows. It does not automatically determine eligibility.
