Teams can build their own playbooks in SCOPE for free. When a site prefers handoff, a ClinScreen specialist can build the protocol or amendment playbook through Order Playbooks.

Fulfillment
Manual fulfillment, clear scope, and support-assisted procurement when needed.

Standard path
- Use Order Playbooks in the app when App Store access and in-app purchases are available.
- The app shows an Order ID and next-step instructions for emailing materials.
- Email materials and the Order ID to support@clinscreen.app.
- Receive the playbook file and a brief change log by email.
Managed devices
If a managed device disables in-app purchases, the app shows this neutral message:
If your managed devices has disabled in-app purchases, contact support for help.
For constrained environments, support can coordinate invoice procurement and direct signed+notarized deployment outside the app.
Budgeting
Many sites treat managed-playbook work as a pass-through vendor cost in sponsor budgets and study contracts.
Suggested line item: “Clinical screening playbook build may qualify as a vendor cost (pass-through)”
Do not include patient identifiers or PHI in support or fulfillment emails.
